HANDMADE BRITISH CERAMICS
Sean & Vici Casserley
Taena Pottery, Upton-St-Leonards, Glocs.
Sean and Vici Casserley trained at Cornwall College of Art. In 1975 they took over Taena Pottery, a long-established Gloucestershire pottery, where they carry on the long tradition of making a wide range of hand-made traditional English domestic slipware.
This includes oven-to-table ware, commemorative plates, pressed dishes and other specially commissioned items made to order.
Their work is terracotta and decorated with slip glazed in a high gloss glaze.
