LES and SALLY SHARPE, Les trained at Harrow before working at Bath Academy of Art in Corsham, Wiltshire where he now lives with Sally and their two children.

Producing a range of high-fired decorative earthenware in the English slipware tradition Les does the making (throwing), the firing of the kilns and the marketing whilst Sally does the decorating. They work on designs together, endeavouring to create a range of pots that are both fun to have and fun to use.

Ideas come from everywhere and anywhere - flowers, plants, animals, abstracts, etc. When not in the workshop Les does some work with a local special school and Sally is a homoeopath.
